DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement (“Agreement”) is between WarrantAid Ltd (“Controller”) and its third-party service providers (“Processor”), including Google Analytics and Formspree. The Processor will process personal data solely for services defined by the Controller.2. Processor Obligations
Process personal data only as instructed by the Controller.Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security.Maintain confidentiality of all personal data.3. Sub-Processors
The Controller authorizes the use of sub-processors such as:Google Analytics (see Google’s DPA)Formspree (used for form handling)4. Data Breaches
The Processor shall notify the Controller within 72 hours of any personal data breach.5. Data Subject Rights
